This policy explains what information Wood Factory & Co collects when you use this website and contact us, how we use it, and your choices. By submitting an enquiry you agree to this policy.
What we collect
When you send a quote request, catalogue request or message, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email, phone, company, country/port, project type, quantities and any attachments. We do not sell products online and do not collect payment details on this site.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and samples, fulfil orders, and keep in touch about your project. We do not sell your information.
How it’s handled
Form submissions go to our own server, which delivers them to us by email (Google Gmail) and records them in a Google Sheet and in our Cloudflare database. The site is served over HTTPS via Cloudflare, which may also check form submissions for spam. Reasonable measures are taken to protect your information; no method of transmission is completely secure.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). It sets cookies and processes data on Google’s servers; IP addresses are anonymised, and we have disabled Google Signals and ads personalisation — so it is used for analytics only, not advertising. You can opt out via Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. Otherwise the site uses only what it needs to function.
