OEM & private-label manufacturing
Most of what leaves our factory was designed by someone else. If you sell under your own brand, we build to your drawings and ship it in your packaging — as your product, not ours.
Build to your drawing
Send a CAD file, a sketch or a photo with dimensions. We return a technical drawing and a quote, then a single prototype in your chosen wood and finish. Nothing goes to batch until you have approved the real piece — see custom manufacturing for how build-to-order works.
Your brand, your packaging
For OEM and private-label orders we apply your brand marks, labels and packaging on request. The container arrives ready for your channel — retail, distribution or a hospitality fit-out — carrying your identity, not ours.
What you can specify
- Design — your drawings, or we develop from a reference.
- Wood & finish — sheesham, mango, acacia, cane and upholstery, in your finish.
- Upholstery — your own fabric (COM) accepted on solid-wood frames.
- Label & packaging — your brand marks, care labels and cartons.
- Documentation — market-specific paperwork prepared at our end (see compliance by market).
How it works
- 1Brief. Your drawings or reference, target market, quantities and branding.
- 2Drawing & quote. We return a technical drawing and a project quote.
- 3Prototype. A sample in your wood, finish and (where relevant) packaging to approve.
- 4Production. Made on our own floor, checked against the approved sample.
- 5Ship. Export-packed in your packaging, documentation at our end.
Frequently asked
- Can you build to my own design?
- Yes — send a CAD file, sketch or photo with dimensions and we return a technical drawing, a prototype and a quote. Most of what we make was designed by the buyer.
- Can you put my brand and label on it?
- Yes — for OEM / private-label orders we apply your brand marks, labels and packaging on request, so the goods arrive as your product.
- Do you accept my own fabric (COM)?
- Yes — customer’s own material is accepted for upholstery on our solid-wood frames.
- What is the minimum for an OEM order?
- From a five-unit sample run to prove the piece, with volume and container pricing from there. Tell us the design and quantities and we will quote.
Planning an import order?
Send your list, drawings or FF&E schedule with quantities and destination — a person replies with a technical drawing, a quote and a timeline.
