A finished piece being wrapped and corner-blocked for export shipping

Your furniture manufacturing partner in India

We build to your drawing and put it on a ship — for importers, distributors, wholesalers and hospitality groups who source from a factory they can’t walk into. Here’s how working with us from 8,000 km away actually works.

How importing from us works

  1. 1Enquiry. Send your list, drawings or an FF&E schedule. We reply with a technical drawing and a quote.
  2. 2Sample. We build a prototype in your wood and finish. Nothing goes to batch until you’ve held it.
  3. 3Proforma & deposit. A proforma invoice sets terms; a deposit opens production.
  4. 4Production. Cut, joined, woven and upholstered on our own floor — not subcontracted out.
  5. 5Inspection. In-house QC on every piece; third-party inspection (SGS/BV) welcome.
  6. 6Export packing & freight. Export packing, fumigation and documentation prepared at our end.
  7. 7Delivered. You receive a container ready to unload.

Common import questions

What is the difference between EXW, FOB and CIF?
EXW means you collect from our Jodhpur factory and arrange all freight. FOB means we clear export and load at an Indian port, then you take over. CIF adds sea freight and insurance to your destination port. Most first-time buyers choose CIF or FOB.
What is ISPM-15 fumigation and do I need it?
ISPM-15 is the international standard for solid-wood products and packaging shipped across borders. We fumigate every sea shipment to ISPM-15 as standard and provide the certificate, so your timber clears biosecurity at the destination.
What are the import duties on furniture from India?
Duties depend on the destination country and the HTS classification of the piece, and they change over time. We supply the documentation your broker needs; confirm the exact code and rate with your customs broker for your market.
What is the minimum order for furniture from India?
Five units — a sample run priced as one, so you can test us before committing a container. Pricing then improves with volume, up to a full 40HC, and mixed containers are welcome.
