How we work with each →

How it works

Five steps. No surprises.

01

You send a drawing

A CAD file, a sketch, or a photo with dimensions. We come back with a technical drawing and a price.

02

We build one

A single prototype in your chosen wood and finish. Nothing goes to batch until you’ve held it.

03

We make the run

Cut, joined, woven and upholstered on our own floor — not subcontracted out.

04

We check every piece

Moisture, joinery, finish and dimension, one at a time, before anything is packed.

05

We ship it

Export packing and documentation prepared here. You receive a container ready to unload.

How importing works

From your enquiry to your loading dock.

Enquiry → sample → proforma invoice → deposit → production → inspection → export packing → freight → delivered. Review the process and discuss the arrangements for your destination.

By the container

We quote the run, not the item.

There are no prices on this site because there’s no single price. Tell us the quantity and we’ll tell you the number. MOQ from a five-unit sample run to a full 40HC; mixed containers welcome.

Made for your market

Built to your market’s rules.

EU: EUDR / legal timber · US: CARB Phase 2 / TSCA, Prop 65 · ISPM-15 fumigation on all sea freight · moisture-controlled for dry climates. Every claim confirmed per order.

Sea & air freight

Shipping to United States

  • Composite-wood parts fall under formaldehyde rules (TSCA Title VI / CARB Phase 2); solid wood largely avoids them. California sales may need Proposition 65 warnings.
  • All solid-wood sea shipments are fumigated to ISPM-15, with legal-timber documentation for your broker.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Will you build to our design?

Yes. Most of what leaves the factory was drawn by someone else. Send the drawing; we’ll price it and sample it.

What’s the smallest order you take?

Five units — a sample run, priced as one, so you can test us before committing a container.

How long will it take?

We give you a date after you approve the sample, and we hold it.

Why are there no prices?

Because the same chair costs differently at five units and at five hundred. Quoting per project is the honest way to do it.

Do you export?

Yes — worldwide, with packing and documentation prepared here.

Do you work with designers?

Constantly. Trade accounts get drawings, samples, project pricing and one named contact throughout.
